Technical Support
Digital Formation provides technical support during our normal office
hours (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. MST), Monday through Friday. These hours allow our current
staff to be available to our clients during regular business hours for many locations
around the world. Internet availability extends our support around the clock.

Additionally, several technical documents are available which describe solutions to
several problems normally addressed using our software. Please check these documents for
solutions to common problems.
The technical documents describe features, workarounds, etc., for the Digital
Formation product line. If you have questions about a product, or are having
trouble understanding how to accomplish something in a Digital Formation
product, this is a good place to start looking for help.
If you are having any problems downloading software from our site, it
may be due to some IS/IT departments with strict firewalls may not allow FTP
access. We can send you a CD simply be submitting your request to
our
Customer
