--- Time zone data handled incorrectly ---
A bug in the handling of time zone data is causing times to be converted to GMT instead of local time for any time zone in which daylight savings is not recognized.

--- 2004-05-11 Multiple Instances ---
A secondary copy of the application starts on batches. Thus, you cannot start the application to switch printers prior to print batches.

The following are issues in RIS-Info and RIS-View:

There is a significant slow down in the painting of the plots.
Fixed in 4.3
--- 2004-10-18 Bug in Time only files ---
There is a bug in loading a file that has absolutely no depth data available, only time.
Fixed in 4.4
--- 2004-10-18 Fill regions are only partially filled in ---
Fill regions on screen are sometimes only partially filled in. This bug was introduced in version 4.2.
Fixed in 4.3
--- 2004-10-18 Color fill properties do not allow editing mnemonics ---
The mnemonics list in the Color Fill Properties does not include the mnemonics of curves in the tracks. The Log Properties does include these.
